Message	a difficult concept for you to grasp? When I call Z1, I speak with Robert if I want parts or John if I have a performance/service question. When I call Concept Z, I ask for Coz because he has been the only person I have worked with over the years. When I call Specialty Z, I would speak with Seb, Greg or the new guy. Each place is set up differently and they still work well. I hope you're just jerking my chain.
